2.Service Fee
The fee for filing a BOIR through 1-94 E-file is $347 per submission (the “Service Fee”). This fee covers preparation and electronic filing but does not include legal or advisory services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees and Billing: By signing up for services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable once the filing process has begun, and all charges are billed in advance.
3.2 Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method, billing address, and contact information, and to promptly update your account with any changes.
3.3 Payment Method: Fees are charged to the credit card or bank account provided during sign-up. If your payment method is declined, we may suspend or terminate access until the amount is paid by an alternative method. Reinstatement fees may apply for suspended accounts.
3.4 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, including for the BOIR filing, are final and non-refundable once initiated, regardless of the outcome.
3.5 Disputed Charges: Any disputed charges within 100 days may result in voided filings. You are responsible for any compliance issues resulting from such actions.
3.6 Collection of Overdue Balances: If legal action is required to collect overdue balances, you agree to reimburse us for costs incurred, including attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses.
